That’s really strange, as Angela should have appeared at Light’s Hope after you killed the Hand with the extra action button.
yeah, its so stupid, I did that whole thing, then got logged off cuz I stepped away from my pc for a while, came back, logged in, flew to lights hope, and shes not there
I cant even get the eyes to spawn. Ran strat a bunch in vanilla so i dont remember if i attuned or not. Im fairly sure i ran the 5 min gauntlet dozens of times and remember making someone crispy with my AD insignia.

Me and a friend just spent an hour trying to get the item to drop. The eyes were spawning (1-2 per reset on average), but not the item. I randomly went to Chillwind Camp to use the mailbox since Katy Stampwhistle was on CD and noticed I still had the prior quest to turn in. I mentioned this to my friend, who also came and turned in the prior quest. We then went back into Stratholme and the ward dropped off the first eye that spawned. We easily finished that quest and moved on to Naxx. Happy hunting!

I’m having the exact same issue and I didn’t leave my pc, there’s a malfunction somewhere.
So I followed a guide the whole process. I went into Stratholme, very first Eye of Naxx mob dropped the Ward of Naxxramas item for spawnin the portal over by the cathedral. Used the Strat holy water to destory, got the 5 min debuff and raced through the dead side clearing the bosses and their zigarats as quickly as I could, followed the process and got the Hand of Naxxramas to spawn with about 16sec left on debuff, raced of used the extra action button and it appeared to go off with 2 secs left. Close enough I was not entirely sure if I made it in time or not. So I left the dungeon, went to Light’s Hope, no npc to talk to. Assumed I must have missed it, reset dungeons, and went back in. Now the ward item just will not drop from the Eye mobs, I’ve rerun the dungeon probably a dozen times or more, just will not drop. Submitted a ticket to Blizz and their craptastic response was “check WoWhead to see what you missed”… worthless customer service. I am left at a complete loss as to what could be wrong. Are you only allowed one attempt to get it correct or what? Any help would be awesome. I’ve spent 3 days reading various forums trying to figure this out.
