DrakeBreaker greaves now cost 10 trophies to upgrade instead of 7? Was this intentional?

Yeah I have a screenshot of tooltip saying ilvl375 → ilvl404 but it only gave ilvl385.
10 ilvl cost me 10 strife :smiley:

One of my guildies upgraded all of his bloody token gear patch day before they disabled it, even though he only had 10 Trophies of Strife and of course it did not use any of his currency. As of today, he still has all the free upgrades. I sure hope Blizzard is aware of this because it really gives the players that exploited it quite the advantage if they don’t fix it.
