Dragonwrath, Tarecgosa's Rest start

So I decided today to start working on this lengthy quest line to have something to do in my down time…but I am not getting the quest to start it.

I have done multiple clears of the Firelands and not once when I kill a Molten Lord do I get the Your Time Has Come! quest to start it.

I have clears on all three raids, BWD/Bastion/Al’akir but without this quest popping up for me…I can’t get started on it.

Anyone else have this issue previously?

I suspect it may be disabled during TW Cata week.

That would be a good theory…but I went into Firelands on my mage and got the quest. It is completely weird though.

Druid…didn’t get it.
Priest…got it
Shaman…didn’t get it
Mage…got it
Warlock…got it

All done during the same timewalking weekend.
