If they’re going to disable tier then they should re-enable shards of domination. You were actually free to keep using them in the Maw and Torghast (not Korthia for some reason) in season 3, but in season 4 they’re disabled everywhere and you actually can’t even unsocket them anymore
I hope the rest get disabled as well. All of Shadowland’s systems should be purged by felfire.
A lot of teh tier bonuses are in teh new talent trees , so you will have them still

Restricted yes but in my view is considered shutting down since it won’t work outside of shadowlands so yeah might as well call it what it is.
I dont recall any borrowed power working beyond its expansion with the exception of pre legion specific items. Its still there and will continue to be there within shadowlands, granting you 2 versions of cov abilities in some cases. It still works in shadowlands content (raids/pvp/m+) post season.

To be fair, they were comparing the MOUTH of Sauron to Blizzard, not Sauron himself. There’s a bit of a difference.
