MTG just boils down to an arms race.
I only play for the social aspect honestly, I have some cards that can ruin peoples days but I don’t have the kinds of cards that break the game by looping my resource turn into infinity.
And these are only decks out of a rural town area. I dread to think what city folk have up their sleeves.
Yeah I have memories of liking Sliver cards. They just reminded me of Xenomorphs. But this was ages ago so the memories are kinda fuzzy

Disregarding your comment to keep the thread on topic: I for one would love to see a variations of massive afro hair styles. One the shape of a star, a triangle etc
More of a variety of dreadlock and braid styles would be nice. Personally, I’d like it if they could figure out how to get all hairstyles available to all races/genders. Trolls and orcs have a few hairstyles I wouldn’t mind copping.

Yess, I would love that! Not that I would use these hairstyles because I feel they don’t belong to me, but I would love to see all the Diversity and Representation reflected in game

Hm. Perhaps this is the solution needed to save both customization AND PvP.
Stuff like that is mostly seen in high fashion, on the cat walk, etc.
However, using basic shapes to describe a hairstyle isn’t that uncommon. My characters hairstyle would probably be considered a “triangle shaped afro” if it was a little longer.
Anime has hairstyles in the shapes of stars and other lucky charms, though.
