Tbh, WoW expansions have been declining in quality since WoD.
Legion may have scored higher, if it didn’t introduce the never ending farmable power that plagued us for years.

yeah i somewhat like Dragonflight and its certainly better than shadowland, bfa, and legion
i hope next expansion war will be better
Dragonflight has decent mechanics but the story and setting are absolute cringe and that’s why it has little mainstream interest.
Truth mist had a big drop until SoO and Timeless isle
Was it?
Will I?
Yup, we needed to farm dailys even if we were exalted for tokens for gear drops. SO even mythic raiders needed to do dailys they didn’t want too. We also had very little content before throne of thunder and people hated the questline for it and to unlock it on alts.
I disagree with all of the ruined-forevering about it, and suspect—based on observation—that a lot of it is in something short of good faith. And it did give us dynamic flight. Even so: it remains that it’s narratively pretty damn weak, Fyrakk is kind of just Deathwing-lite, and there are better ways that they could have handled crafting (although it’s better than the nonsense that was Legion crafting).
 Draggison:
 Draggison:WoD >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> BFA > SL
As bad as SL was if you think WoD is better then you are out of your mind or where not there when it was current content.
The games not bad. This is my first wow expansion. Mythic dungeons is cool and battle grounds are fun too.
Im a fan of competitive games so i like the competitiveness of mythics
It is fine if you liked it, for me I wasn’t too fond of the expan sion.
WoD was terrible but Blackrock Foundry still one of the best structured raid ever imo. That’s probably the best about WoD.
Couldn’t disagree more.
WoD had a lot of good ideas that suffered from production issues.
Shadowlands had nothing but bad ideas and plenty of time.
I don’t excuse WoD for this, but it counted less negatively in my books. Garrisons were the epitomy of: “I like where you were going with this, it just didn’t quite make it there.”
Meanwhile I cannot think of one single thing I liked in SL - system upon system of pure trash.
Also WoD had the best PvP of any expansion - the entire system, the world pvp focus and the garrison tie-in was magnificent. That counted for a lot to me.
And Glad Stance. WoD had Glad stance. As a Warrior main, loved it. Really sad they ditched the idea.
Dragonflight is extremely boring. At least Shadowlands had a ton of mounts and cosmetics you could farm, dragonflight doesn’t even have that. Dragonflight raids are mostly forgettable outside of a couple bosses. The dungeons were so bland they had to mix in legion, BFA and cata dungeons. They got rid of seasonal affixes for mythic plus and the story is just as bad as it was in Shadowlands except somehow even less interesting.
Honestly, that forum title could be applied to pretty much all expansions!

Aovona:You have to exit the game in order to move your mouse outside of WoW now
uhm… no, you don’t. I do it all the time.
 Aovona:
Aovona:These next three exacs had better be good or WoW is going to have to shut down.
There are much older games with far less players still going, why would WoW need to shut down. such a ridiculous statement.

Dragonflight has bee a very good expac and in a few years everyone on the forums is going to be praising it. Like they do with nearly all older expacs.

It’s been ab okay one and also…

Same exact thing was said about WoD. I have always liked that one, but where’s the praise? I’m one of the few who liked the garrisons and the PvP system. Only downside to the PvP in that expac was the PvP vendors were too clustered togegher so everyone standing around them made it super difficult to see them and also multiboxing was still allowed back then so we had mass multiboxing where raid boxers would come in and crush all of us in the zone and would lag it out.
But still, to this day hardly anyone speaks great about WoD or about BFA.

Well, I saw a few “Shadowlands was actually good” threads…
And I do remember seeing WOD/BFA praise, before. BFA gets praise from me because Kul Tiras is the best human kingdom with the best human models.
Everything else was kinda doodoo.
My biggest problem with Dragonflight has been Kalecgos’ face
Tried it, but could not deal with the motion sickness. Left retail and went to classic. Also enjoying the old UI and not looking a Wheel of Fortune on my screen.
i liked dragonflight cant wait for new xpac
