I decided to level my new character in Shadowlands. I am upto “Choose Your Covenant”, but I am only level 49, and the quest is not being offered. Do I still have to get to level 60 to be offered the Covenant choice quest?
I assume if this is the case I will have to go to Chromie and select something like BfA or Legion to finish leveling.
