We are the opposite of what you said, we have maybe 2-3 skills at a time that requires melee, all of which does little damage, or can be skipped entirely.
They are;
Consecration untalented (blades of consecration turns it into ranged),
Crusader strike and it’s choice nodes effecting it,
And wake of ashes which had been reported to be underperforming.
Most of abilities is ranged. Most of them don’t even have weapon swing animations even with FV looking like a toy hammer smacking the enemy funny enough.
Only thing we can do is DPS… and not even well anymore tanks out do us pretty much any class… Mages… the class Blizz forgot!

Back when Ghostwalker was a dev, it was said mages will never really be nerfed, and Frost will always survive.
In the current xpac, I had to endure the embarrassment of learning my own favored class Extra Slowly, because the sites that pre learn and pre load rotation-help for them wouldn’t bother with li’l ol’ arc mage.
Arcane Mage is the gnome that gets punted. I’m not raiding this season. For reasons that are mostly “the speed runners won’t wait for shorties” - slow learners aren’t earners, or something like that.
The price I play for having IRL time spent outside Azeroth is that I only get to enjoy outdoor content inside Azeroth.

After decades of playing this game, I can’t help but feel there is a conspiracy against rogues. Exception being BC and Legion. I feel like a secondary class. xD Only a small cliff note of 5 items… 3 of which are just more nerfs. But, I suppose some would argue “we are really well balanced”. But, being a squishy liability in all aspects of content I disagree.
Been playing ret today, best changes ever. Deal with it.

the nice thing about dragon riding is you can restore vigor by plucking a flower from the ground or chipping rocks and 400% vigor restoration. i’ve been able to fly across the map with full vigor without issue. perhaps you’re landing and taking off to much?
Perhaps you’re not as extreme at flying dragons as I am. Talking about picking up flowers and mining lol get out of here I’m trying to go for a rip.
