Dragon racing no reward - bug

I just did the world quest “Dragonriders Racing Brimstone” (in Zarelek Cavern) and the reward was to be “Cavern Racer’s Purse” . However, I receive NO reward for finishing the race (Gold), and the World Quest is still available - it’s like as if I never finished the quest.

I even completed the race a second time - still no reward.

The character was Maryrosè on the Stormrage server

I get the same thing from time to time. It’s been happening on and off the whole expansion. It actually went away for a couple months, but now has started happening again… super annoying.
