Rats are actually pretty clean, cleaner than most animals, also they make great pets.
Also at least Draenei make their homes built to last, they crashed into a planet and their home was still standing, yours took a couple of catapults to bring down…

Draenei girls are beautiful, I think the males’ walk is too clompy, and they are beefy beyond normal.
Draenei, like all classes, need many more customisation options. The female Hairstyles should have a complete revamp! The ends are jagged, the under-hair shows strangely and there are too many of those ‘weird’ styles.
I love my Draenei, but she needs more options!

The Exodar was a delivery space ship that crashed. Unfortunately, it was full of mail-order brides that escaped and started wandering into the wilderness. So somewhere an Eredar is very sad and lonely now that his army of “wives” didn’t arrive at the proper destination.
I just don’t like the way they sound. Then again, Tauren are the only ones with a female voice that I can stand.

Nice try, too obvious though. 3/10 at best. 
I haven’t played Alliance since TBC.
Unless she’s a shaman or paladin she has the option of being a night elf, which is an instant improvement!

By ugly do you mean unattractive? I mean, I guess I could see how horns, hooves and tentacles might not be someone’s thing… On the other hand though, male draenei have ENORMOUS chests that are frankly gorgeous, and female draenei are probably the most… ‘shapely’ race in the game. It’s not hard to imagine how people can like them.
But it is rather curious that you focused on them instead of say, Worgen, or Tauren, When I think of a race I would find unattractive, full body hair comes to mind. If that’s your thing, that’s cool, but y’know… Glass houses, stones and such.
