OP is right that Draenei are disgusting, but really, every race in WoW is disgusting.
Nobody has a toilet. Even the shining walls of Stormwind contain nothing more than a flowing cesspool of waste. You can’t walk down a street without risking a bucket of excrement landing on your head.
Has your dog ever stepped in his own stuff and you had to clean it out of his paws? Now imagine doing that with a Draenei hoof after you stroll through Stormwind.
At least Orgrimmar has a poop pond tucked away in the back of the city where you don’t have to cross the fragrant bouquet just to enter town.

Draenei aren’t so bad. I play an alt Paladin as one.
I find Tauren to be the most annoying. Too large and xmog is always hard to get looking nice.

Oppressed races never punch up, only downward. It is a sad truism. My dear misguided cousin, I would suggest punching upwards at those who burned your tree since they are nothing aside from human revenants. Indeed, many of them used to be the very scourge that polluted our Sunwell and assisted in killing our king. They’re most unsightly and the undead have no particular immunity to fire.

I agree. Night elves got the worst treatment in my opinion, the artists from classic did a great job with the females, but this new model doesn’t look nothing like the old model.

male nelf got the worst of it, imo. the male nelf in classic looks 100xs better. also male gnomes were ruined with the update too losing most of their good faces.
