Dracthyr Soar: Difficult As A Gatherer

The changes to soar thus far have been great, however, the fact that i have to recast it every time I land on the ground makes gathering with it a real headache to the point where I have just stopped using it in favor of a regular mount. With a regular mount I at least get the benefit from the profession knowledge of not having to dismount.

Can we please consider changing Soar to work how other mounts work and not having to recast it every time we land? I think this would be a great quality of life change.

This would be AMAZING. Just have them perpetually hovering and have the 100% mount speed when grounded. They already have the animation made, shouldn’t be too difficult.

Having soar work like druid flight form would be so good, 100% agree

Classic flight Soar should basically just be perpetual hover that breaks when you use abilities as if you dismounted (and also work anywhere mounts do! - it could have a limit on how much damage you can take before you get downed like mounts do too)
