dragon crusaders is a staple of fantasy settings. So sure, yeah draco paladins has my support.

A major moment in the paladin order hall was knighting the first nelf paladin. We’ve literally been sitting on that for the past decade.
Undead you have a point but Kul’tiran…they can wait in line. Next set of paladins should be nelf and undead.

So if you unlocked the Mag’har orcs they opened it up in the quest for light forged orcs. So thats what I would love to see
it should had been a thing with the release of the other classes to the Race

Yes. And here is my thought how this happens.
Remember the Scarlet Blade? What we didnt know their was a old Dracthyr Paladin heading up that group. Everything must burn? Burn in Holy flame?
They could even get their own starting zone (Scarlet Monastery) Which is when we run into horde and ally “adventures” and join that way.
Man if I could be a mechagnome paladin I probably would be! 
Yeah, we’d keep you around the clubhouse to help fix the appliances.
