There is a Glyph of Jab sold by Number Nine Jia in the pre-Legion version of Peak of Serenity that makes your Tiger Palm use your weapons at least.

I found it. I bought it twice for my brewmaster and windmaster aspects and the handwraps to transmog in Mistweaver mode so she fights with no weapons visible at all.
