Trust level 3 lets you post images.
Although some sites are white-listed so anyone can post a direct link like that such as youtube and wowhead.
you have to meet a laundry list of requirements. I hate Blizzard’s forums
That one is a lot better than the red one, though I still prefer the super lean model myself. Again though, I am fine with options. Hopefully multiple body options so as to please the most people.
I extend that to other races too. Let all races have a few choices between lean, muscled, athletic, etc. Can still keep the racial shapes that are so iconic while letting people choose. Something like Wildstar did with their races, basically. That way everyone is happy, and we no longer have to worry about killing other people’s enjoyment just to be able to play a body figure we prefer.
The worst part is that not only is Trust 3 character specific, but you can lose it once you get it if you do not continue to be what they consider active enough. I’ve gained, and lost it twice now. Oh gosh, and I am not looking forward to starting again at Trust 1 in a few months when I switch to my new Dracthyr (I always post on my main character).
I didn’t know that. It’s worse then I thought.
Yup. Every time you switch characters you have to start again at zero posts and first level Trust. That includes if you race change on a character and end up logging out and back in, since it then considers you another character. Found that out when I switched to Vulpera briefly. If you don’t log out it will keep you as normal, but your portrait won’t match your race as listed underneath. Plus side was that when I switch back to Nightborne it apparently remembered that and brought my post history back, so eh.
It’s an awful system though. I really wish it was tied to account and not character. Doesn’t have to be your real name… you could pick a name and then choose a character to rep or something. I just hate that you’re basically punished if you prefer to post from your current character and you decide to switch for whatever reason.
The body builder shape really doesn’t feel draconic at all to me. I’m totally for that other edit with acceptably broader shoulders and a more defined jaw, but this one is waaay too much imo
