No, they are working on adding new heritage armor now that FailLands is over
I believe they are being treated exactly like pandas. First non allied race since MOP.
Their heritage armor will be the armor that they leave with from their starting area(island).
Their heritage armor is their scales, they are born with it.

I just recently got the Nightborn Heritage Armor. I think Blizzard will have to level down new Dracthyr to level 10 so they can level to 50 to unlock this. But this is just my opinion.
Their tier pieces don’t even show on their Dracthyr form.
Not holding my breath.

I think Blizz said Dracthyr are getting their starting level reduced next expansion iirc, so maybe I guess
Does armor show on them? I always see them in the base appearance, regardless of level.
Visage form has full transmog, but the dragon form only gets shoulders, belts, and tabards.
