Currently on the Live realms and 11.2.5 PTR Dracthyr characters cannot apply the faction specific customization options from the achievement “With Flying Colors” to the Delver’s Dirigible mount while they are in their visage form, only in their draconic form.
Additionally if a Dracthyr character applies the customization options while in their draconic form and then tries to use the mount in their visage form the mount will revert to its default green color scheme and if the faction decal is applied it will instead disappear.

Can confirm.
Update: Here’s a workaround (for Steady Flight mode only) which should give the developers some insight into why it’s happening and how to fix it.
- Enable Steady Flight mode
- Type
/cast Soar
- Fly up into the air several meters/yards and float there.
- Type
/cast Delver’s Dirigible
You will fall a few meters, turn back into Visage form and the properly painted and decaled Dirigible that you setup in the Rostrum will fly in under you.
I don’t know of a way to make it work with Skyriding active since you have to be not moving to cast it.
