Difference of 2% when dealing 100k DPS before racials is 2k DPS which isn’t even an entire second worth of damage, less-so considering the cumulative group total DPS. A single player error usually accounts for more than the racials in every situation with the exception being for racials that can prevent you from dying and maybe saving one GCD. The only racials that truly matter are the utility ones that grant some sort of ability your class might lack.
