My level of play wasn’t recognized by the company as lowering the intelligence of the entire game. Skill or no skill doesn’t even matter at this point. They have redesign how the game works because add ons destroyed any challenges they tried to give you because your lizard brains felt it is to tough without help. Then you download this 3rd party helper and boast about your accomplishments. “Look at me Mama! I’m doing the thing no hands”. Utterly pathetic on every imaginable level.
I will keep talking about real skill. Because even OBR is more real skill than having to rely on a programmer to solve all my issues. I have played the game without OBR and could go back no problem. It would be less convenient but it’s not gonna ruin my experience. Your case is a bit different… Keep suckling baby 
Alright, let me break this down real slow crayons and safety scissors level so even someone who thinks pressing one button is playing the game can follow along:
When you use a one button rotation you’re not actually playing World of Warcraft. You’re just sitting there while a pre-programmed script, created by someone smarter than you, chooses your abilities, lines them up, and fires them off at the right time. You press one key… and the addon does the rest.
That’s not gaming. That’s Blizzard handing you a sippy cup, strapping you into a booster seat, and letting the game play itself while you pretend to be part of the action.
You’re not thinking, reacting, or making decisions the addon is. You’re basically the meat puppet pressing the gas pedal while the car drives itself. It’s the WoW equivalent of drooling on the keyboard and calling it a strategy.
So yes, you might technically be present in the game, but let’s not pretend you’re actually playing it. Blizzard might as well send you a gold star sticker and a participation ribbon every time you hit your macro.
But please continue to tell me how dot trackers and a bigger mouse curser weakaura plays the game for me.
Blizzard is launching their own DPS meter though?

You’re one of the ones who wants to get carried through every fight because you have never bothered to learn how to play this game and you’re tired of people leaving you behind.
You have no idea how these addons even work because you’d have to learn how to play in order to understand them. You’ve beaten a quest boss and you think that you’re elite.
That’s all really sad. A mythic raider even with all of those addons will always be a much better player than you’ll ever be. Take away their addons and they’ll still out perform you.

OBR is not a add on genius. It’s a in game feature. I didn’t have to go to a back alley website and download a program. The game provides this feature. But please continue Einstein…
I’m not saying it plays the game for you. I’m saying it does your thinking for you because your not smart enough to even play the game without it. But I wouldn’t expect anything less from a baby still on the bottle. Once you grow up a bit you might gain independence from 3rd party thought.

I’m glad we are getting DPS meters built into the game, it’s crucial we have ways of seeing who needs to be kicked out of the group for not pulling their weight.

1000% agree I can’t/won’t play without one. Thankfully they’re adding one to the game as that’s the only addon I’m using
