Dont remove internal cooldowns for oils but remove the ridiculous any cooldown prevents shadow or frost oils from proccing problem

Blizzard if you are so stuck up on keeping spells or items blizzlike then do it. But get rid of the silly any use of any cooldown such as our seals or consecration preventing oils from working. You did it for sulfuras, nightfall and every weapon. It makes no sense to keep it for oils.

Understandably a 10 sec internal cooldown comment exists on old thottbot since old thottbot has Thick obsidian breastplate using a 10 second internal cooldown. So don’t get rid of shadow oils internal cooldown but remove the all cooldowns prevent oils from working. Changing it for sulfuras but leaving it for oils makes no sense and is unfair.
You must treat all as you would do with the rest.

If you didn’t want shadow oil touched then you shouldn’t of changed anything for sulfuras. Why change it for weapons but not weapon oils?

It would of been changed back then for its buggy behaviour if listed and you know it.

You obviously hate ret paladins.

Fix:

  1. Don’t change or remove internal cooldowns.
  2. Just change the buggy all cooldowns preventing procs. (Weapons and oils)

Smeet worked hard to find a fix. Yes let’s just leave out oils. Let’s be super moronic and let herb gathering prevent shadow or frost oils too.

Every paladin would probably forgive you for all the failed paladin mechanics by showing that bit of mercy. Just think about it. Herb gathering and Paladin seals that must be judged and reused every 8 seconds unlike in wotlk prevent weapon oils… think how stupid that sounds. Your own seals you use with weapons prevents weapon oils… wow

Regardless.
Happy New Year. You are still the masters of Azeroth.
