I am admittedly one of those BH refugees. Once Enclave was gone I didn’t have much reason left to stay on BH honestly.
So at this point i am really wondering what a good server is i can go to with good guilds that have good people that arent elitists, and where i dont see so much WTS in my life. Ive jumped from too many servers, and want to stop wasting my money trying to find the right one
My experience: most alliance servers will feel like garbage. Illidan is bad on horde as well (as mentioned above). There’s always a diamond in the rough but GL finding it.

The fault is on you for playing on Normal realms. What exactly, where you expecting from them? the experience is soulless. Minmaxer bots play them.

Ive just never thought of playing a RP server. When i started playing wow i went on Daggerspine, which is the new player servers which is why i joined them. Ive tried Tichondrius, Moonrunner, and now Stormrage
That’s pretty much every server. It’s best to just disable the trade chat. It doesn’t serve a purpose anyway.
Oh i understand that trust me. But i have never seen this many WTS ever. I mean its every single post. Theres not even any BS talking in trade chat like ive always seen. Its just WTS 400 times. I am floored honestly.
Don’t bother. You’re still gonna have a bad time, feel alone. I made the exact same mistake as you, and for that i wallowed in misery for 2 years unable to make any kind of friend aside from some here and there vaguely.
Go make a toon or move them to a RP realm, thank me later. It solved all my issues, meeting actual interesting, fun, social people is unheard of for me especially when they share the same ‘weird’ tastes as me.
Big difference from let’s say, the eerily quiet minmaxer win-mentality soulless golems from normal realms that will never get you anywhere.
You’re alliance, so it’s Moonguard for you. if Horde, Wyrmrest accord. I can’t speak for the other RP realms though.
Only time id recommend making toon in normal realm, is if Rogue for wpvp for ganking.
It can definitely be worse. Last time I had it on, there was just WTS messages and politics. I can’t recall having seen an actual item being sold on there.
WTS and Politics don’t exist in Wymrest Accord’s trade chat. Funnily enough. You do see one WTS from time to time but it is rare and ignored or mocked.
