If you really feel this intensely about buying flasks off the ah or using the work order system, maybe take a break from the game for your own health. I’m pretty new to wow but that doesn’t seem like healthy engagement.

Kind of in the same boat… I wanna get pvp to 500 before I go but it’s taking so long. Been playing this game since the 2005 release days and it is getting old, as is everyone else that started playing back then.
The storywriting and lore has been fairly meh since they decided to kill off their best villain, back in the day I really thought Warcraft IV would have arrived by 2020 at the earliest for some new storytelling and lore generating. There’s an entire Warcraft fanbase out there being ignored that does not play WoW and only enjoys the RTS games.

I think it is great when players leave their opinions about the game, how else is the decline going to turn around?

I’ve seen great games go bad overnight. Just move on the the next and don’t look back. Ever forward and never backward. World of Warcraft, though, is going down like one of their new dragon mounts after a few flaps… or was it faps… either way.
Just a legit question, what was Blizzard? I see this posted a few times a week “Blizzard just isn’t the same”, “Blizzard sucks now”, etc.
I’m asking because I’ve been enjoying these games since the 90s and like, don’t really see what the big deal is. I just want someone to technically, and objectively, point out what is so bad about Blizzard now? Cause I don’t get it.

So many things wrong with this statement.
“Warcraft” Is a universe, your talking about Orcs and Humans. In which you are still incorrect. Because it wasn’t until Warcraft 2: Tides of Darkness, that we learned there were more than just Orcs and Humans in the world… of Warcraft.
Warcraft 3 expanded upon all of the lore dating back to the First Sundering, It did not end with Wrath of the Lich King, thats just where Arthas’ story ended. Now lets not get this twisted, Arthas’ story was done LOOOONG Before Sylvanas’. Shadowlands wasn’t even a thought in Wrath.
Deathwing has been around since the Dawn of the Aspects. When he was Neltharion. We didn’t learn of the Old Gods until Vanilla with the introduction of C’Thun. The Pandaren were literally a meme turned into a story. The Burning Legion were there in the First War, they just weren’t talked about. You know the first war? ORCS AND HUMANS? Yeah, We had to go in and kill Medivh in that game because he was the one who opened the Dark Portal, who told him to do that? Sargeras. Titans were there in the back.
Its not nonsense, you just dont read the lore.

Im about with you OP, while DF is light years better than SL, i am not sure the time investment in WOW is even worth it to me nowadays
