Isnt “white knight” just another term for “Human male paladin”?

People are generally not good at expressing their feelings and thoughts (because it’s hard and they’re lazy), so it’s easier for people to resort to stereotypes and labels.

Without context, terms are meaningless.

I would play a White Knight class in an MMO.

I would not like to be called one IRL.

White Knight was pretty legit back in the day. A 2/2 first strike with protection from black was arguably overstatted. I don’t mind being called overstatted.

I view it as a compliment because majority of the time they no longer can continue their argument anymore with evidence and facts and that is what they resort to calling me

Back on subject… Depends on context. Anyone that says anything supporting anything Blizzard does gets called one usually.

It amuses me because it generally translates to “You like something I don’t!” which makes me picture a toddler throwing a tantrum which is pretty funny.

On the forums a “white knight” is anyone who disagrees with people trashing Blizzard by mindless Blizzard haters.

Also the term “white knight” is often used in the same context as “paid shill” and “brown-noser”.
