Does the server actually feel overcrowded?

Aside from the queues, does the server feel overpopulated in questing zones or are the layers doing a good job of balancing things out? Thinking of rolling a char here if it seems to be the best thing to do long term. Don’t want to roll on low/med population server now and regret it in a few months.

Also, how does the A/H ratio actually feel?

I’m only level 12 but even when I’m logged in at peak times it has felt just fine. I’ve been running around Elwynn, Stormwind, and Westfall and they’ve all seemed like they had an appropriate amount of players around.
