If you solo it just go slowly and take your time. 
they can be solo’ed. In fact I find it easier sometimes as it scales up the more people you have in there.

You can probably solo the content. Listed groups are usually 8’s because the reward ilvl stops there. If you’re just going for 616 gear there’s no reason to go higher.
No you don’t.
I did a 9 but then I was super disappointed when I realized it didn’t make my vault go up any higher so I didn’t bother past that since I don’t care for the ugly mount or any of it’s customizations.

Maybe with the changes coming I’ll push higher. honestly the mini bosses destroy me lol so its like since they offered nothing why bother.

Venombite/Kan’su are the only two I’d say can make things rough but the other two are a breeze of you don’t play reckless.
With new Delves stories on the way I expect we’ll get new ones.

Like all 36 mage towers soins i had to collect back in Legion. Even though there were some ai didnt care for.

Considering that the lowest I’ve gone for an 8 was 412, basically all S1 DF items of middling qualities? A 10 in heroic dungeon gear from this expansion for a delve like runaway experiments? Absolutely believable.

No need really once you have the achieves
All the time.
Most people don’t run them regularly, just whatever is needed for the achivements.
I’ve been running some t11s here and there recently as practice for next season when they’ll give better rewards.
Never bothered running a delve above 8 and everyone I know that went to 11 did it solo.
However I often see +9s advertised in group finder. Delves are incredibly soloable especially with gear but on anything except my main I will find a group bc personal preference.
I think if you make a group, people will apply, they just won’t flood you with applications since there is little incentive. Make a group, give it time to form and don’t feel like you need to fill 5 people with tank, heals, 3dps. Take who signs up and give it a go (or solo if you can bear it, of course many prefer it).
