I know that locking your exp puts you in a unique queue for battlegrounds, which is fair enough - Prevents twinks from getting ultrageared and crushing everyone - But does this same restriction apply to openworld? I want to lock my alt at 59 and finish some content before moving onto Dragonflight, but I have loved the random fights as I level up to this point. Will I still see people in the open world with warmode if I lock my exp?
