Thanks :slight_smile: It’s different for someone who is newer to the game/class so I can understand you liking it if you have nothing to compare it to. I came midway into the game’s life myself so there are things old timers talk about that I have no reference for comparison because I never played when classes were that way.

That’s cool. This is my first time really diving into a shadow priest so I can’t really say if things are better. I just think the class look/feels cool. But it’s always disappointing when something you like is changed. So I do empathize with you.

Don’t worry about the “insult”. I make it a rule to never get upset about something a stranger says on a video game forum.

I also like shadow form. But I’m informed enough to know the general opinions most players have before I speak on something. I’m also not so lazy as not not read/disregard an answer that goes against my opinion.

I’m not disregarding anyone’s opinion. I just rather they give me it themselves rather than just dropping a link to someone else’s opinion and acting like that’s an acceptable form of discussion.

Yeah I get it but it just seemed a bit harsh :slight_smile: Even if most players agree with OP there are still players who like the current version of shadow and Aelody’s focus seems to be on the look and feel of the class whereas most complaints are about the mechanics of void form itself (although there are plenty like me that miss the old aesthetics too :slight_smile: ).

Based on what I’ve seen from Shadowlands so far it seems Blizz has no plans to get rid of void form. I shall just stick to badly playing disc lol

On NA. It’s the opposite on other regions. NA is the lowest population of any regions except Australia. China and EU outweigh us by a large margin.

Changes occurs when all regions have the same complains.

I am sorry for hijacking the thread, but does anyone else hate the new shadowform look? I miss the old one so bad, it wad tons better imo. Then i go to northrend and all those scarlet raven priests make me even more envious.

Got me to play my hunter for more then just level to max then let collect dust, been the most fun i’ve had as a dps spec in forever.

THAT HOWEVER, i so agree with. everything for Shadow is tied to your voidform, it feels like your damage is gimped outside of it if you get a bad cycle due to movement or the like.
