That is indeed really stupid… why restrict it to Arms only? I can understand removing it from Fury, still stupid but I can atleast understand that one… but removing it from Prot? Does blizzard not understand just how vital rend is for threat management on prot? It is critically important that Prot warriors apply rend in AoE when pulling to build up and secure the initial threat, and the sustained damage from the DoT helps them to keep threat. This is a stupid decision that can only go wrong…
