Yeah true, Legion kiting if I recall was pretty damn busted. Post Haste plus Binding? Ridic.
I still think it’s very good though especially against every melee. Just not as good as it has been.

Arcane though these days is the king of kiting. Chrono-Shift is busted against melees.
