While I don’t like combat to be too slow (e.g. vanilla ret paladin), I don’t like it feeling like it came out of an action or bullet hell game either. Super button spammy play has less margin for error and in PvP, it makes keeping track of what’s happening around you almost impossible (which no doubt is a major cause of the prevalence of things like cooldown tracker addons).
I don’t like never-ending movement either, at least not with how casters currently work. Casters are designed for Vanilla era bossfights and opponent class designs which makes making them work in today’s mobility-centric world a bit like hammering a square peg into a round hole.
