Does anybody else think that the scroll of light flight masters are just plain laziness on Blizzards behalf so that they didn’t have to create NPC flight masters? It adds absolutely nothing to the game. It looks like they just used a copy/paste if the assets and dumped them into the game randomly.

I think they’re neat, the Tortallans have their own unique FPs/mounts, and it fits with their theme (Use Magic Device solves everything).
There’s still plenty of other Flight Masters with mounts in BfA.

Nothing really different from copy/pasting a scroll and some light movement effect than there is to a regular NPC.
It makes perfect sense with Tortollan Scroll Sages
