Blizzard has stopped reading any criticism of their development long ago. At some point they deemed the feedback (read: nonsense) detrimental to the success of the game.
To be honest, they had no choice. They would have gone crazy trying to please everyone…so they decided to just please themselves.
They now live in a bubble (read: prison) of their own making.
