Most of my alts have either ICly met in some way or other, a few even being friends or relatives in some way
Some do, some donât.
Generally, most of my characters do not like each other, while a rare few have a relatively positive view/are business partners/etc.
For example, my goblin rogue Carlosa Fusejolt is Gavozâs adoptive father. Their relationshipâs a fair bit rocky, but itâs slowly improving as Gav realizes that Carlosa was just doing his best as a struggling basically-single-father with a dangerous job, but still keeps him at an armâs length because sappers are kiiiinda unstable still.
That sort of stuff.
In Classic, I had 3 Belfs and a bank Orc alt.
All 3 uses him for market needs. I decided to make him a simple, selling Peon that I guess is loved by 3 Belfs sisters (?) lol. Itâs weird but thatâs what I randomly thought up lol. #PeonPower
Oh yes they sure do.
-
Saria and my brothers paladin are bother and sister.
-
My Night elf (Highborn) mage is their great ancestor. Sheâs the scientist of the group. With her affiliation with Kirin Tor she acts as her eyes and ears within the Alliance.
-
My bothers orc warrior is a close friend to them both. Saria doesnât like to admit she enjoys his companionship because he never judges her for being undead or her actions. He loves fighting for the fun of it and not for something she views as ridicules as âhonorâ which is why she loves having him around. They both have a mutual respect for each other.
-
My Nightborn hunter and rouge are twin sisters who Saria aided in their underground rebellion. They been tagging along in Sariaâs adventures ever since.
-
My Blood elf demon hunter knows all the above. She tends to come and go from the group.
-
My human paladin is Sariaâs closest friend. Both served in the Silver Hand when Saria was still alive. Sheâs currently with the Argent Crusader and both she and Saria are not on speaking terms atm (Legion)
-
And finally my dracthyr (Sheâs a red dragon) who Saria and her bother rescued in Grim Batol. She stayed at Sariaâs family estate over the years and every now and than would adventure out with Saria and co.
So yeah a lot of my alts know each other. lol ![]()
Theyâre all in the same guild so yes. Most of my girls are also part of something called the sisterhood and have special blue butterfly tattoos somewhere on their body to show that. If they talk about âhaving breakfast with the girlsâ thatâs a meeting of the sisterhood.
So if you have alts who donât know each other how do you think theyâd react upon meeting? With smooches or with stabbings?
Three of them are siblings.
Some of them, though not all! For now, at least; admittedly, most of the time my characters all end up knowing each other eventually, even if they arenât all super close.
Back in a prior game, I led an artifact reclamation and research guild with my secondary RP main (who I brought over to WoW, as seen here) - so simply by virtue of being the guild director, she knew most of my characters at least in passing. When I dragged her over here, though, I rolled her back a little bit to have more build-up time to some of the usual steps she goes through in her life. So currently, sheâs just being an anti-social hermit over near the graveyards in SW, blissfully unaware of the existence of anyone else.
As far as the restâŠ
- My three Illidari know each other, for obvious reasons. They were actually all in a squad together back in TBC, and then once more in Legion after getting broke out of their green apple candy prisons. At present, none of them stayed together after the Legionâs defeat.
- My Illidari know my priestess of Elune, as they worked closely with her during Legion while she - among others - worked to unify the Broken Isles and push the Legion back at the Shore and temple. One of them still sticks around Stormwind to look after her, if from a distance.
- My Belf destrolock is actually my demolockâs estranged father. They havenât currently met again yet, as he left when she was a very young child, but itâs planned eventually!
- My Nightborne briefly met my priestess during the Suramar rebellion, though they never really got to talk much.
My Dracthyr may eventually meet some of my characters, but he needs to get some therapy for his anger issues first. ![]()
Yes, many of them do!
My newest MG characters are all related, actually. Siblings and cousins, some Human and some Forsaken.
Yes, my three characters know each other. They are all in the same unit of the Argent Crusade.
Halandor is my main. Revenwyn was his squire and is now also his sister in law. My other character, Matthalaerostrasz, is unrelated, but is a member of the Argent Crusade in the same unit.
I canât dedicate myself to alts, I have a hard enough time keeping up with my main!

I donât use my alts in RP much myself, but occasionally they get some time.
I have the same main RP partner with all three of my characters. Some stories are mostly Discord RP.
Sometimes, but I try to avoid doing it because it can feel meta-gamey or weird if it is overdone or done incorrectly. I want to avoid that âthese two people are siblings but youâll never see them in the same room togetherâ, so I go with either backstory involvement that has been largely resolved or something like co-workers.
My HM tauren druid is my night elfâs theroâshan whose pretty much completed het training and is off doing her own thing, for example.
