This is demonstrably false. By this time, historically, we would have someone like THD nearing max ilvl.
This is life. I write my own APL’s and only play specs I enjoy and am having a great time with that lately. But historically for me, I’m a lot more laid back than I used to be.
Lets talk about something that most of us can enjoy: Pizza.
What if I said “we’re getting pizza, I have you covered – we’re getting like 5 pies” but then when the delivery guy arrived it was two pies and one of them was vegan.
You don’t need the pizza but when someone says they’re bringing five pies and shows up with two and one’s vegan, it’s not about the food. It’s about the letdown.
I agree with this, but the physical reality is much less important than the metaphysical. As I’ve said before, I’m pushing the keys I want to push. I’m casual AF right now (other than some tournament activities) and pushing chill keys on live. But I totally get the frustration people have because they have been making vault decisions and generally looking forward to getting bis
I believe you are probably a really good player so in a way you don’t need the good gear. but many of these people won’t improve at the game that much. They may not be working super hard towards progression but they are still working towards progression and still are the largest subscriber-base of the game. Ultimately I do think it is best for the game to let people play with the toys at the end of the season. there will be new gear next year.
and if the odd person who only runs tier 8 delves gets a mythic jastor diamond and doesn’t upgrade it next season? I bet they enjoy it … and they don’t change your gaming experience in the slightest.
