they could if they wanted too, they are clever enough to do it but in Vol’dun you need to do everything you can to survive so i don’t see how building a sand castle would help in this case?? 
but i suppose they could do it for the purpose of building a home or something i guess?? but a sand castle would be too weak against the raw elements
