My dude. It’s not about someone being a snowflake or not, it’s about just being against the ToS.

If you have further questions, you are of course able to bring this to the Customer Service forums, where a Customer Service Rep is able to provide more information, if they have the time and the need. Most will more or less restate what has already been said here, however.

Hoping your future gaming is more fruitful.

And you need to understand that it’s not a subjective matter of whether or not some one found something offensive, but the objective matter that you broke clearly stated rules. And then you came here and broke some more rules. Stop breaking rules and you wont get actioned.
