OH it is. Sylvanas has been my fav character since I started playing many moons ago. I know many say poor writing but I feel that’s mainly because her plans and the entire story are not known yet. Which they shouldn’t be. We don’t need to know everything right now. This story has been in the works since at least Legion and I can’t wait to see how it turn out. Either way that is.

In video games, movies and shows I don’t hang on to any sort of continuity. The nonsensical nature of her current behavior relative to her behavior prior doesn’t really matter. I think she makes a pretty decent villain.

ofcourse shes the best character with the most story and lore revolving around her that we have in wow rn thats not dead already.
its kinda hard not to like sylvanus unless you’ve never followed her storyline from at least classic onward

I thought she was fine in TBC when she was a monochrome night elf. “who is this dark lady?” I wondered. The direction they took the character was disappointing to say the least. What I’m saying is she had potential very early on, but for me she did not live up to it. I’m hoping SL is her last expansion, I’m thoroughly sick of her.
No. I liked her when she was her own little slice of The Horde outside the scope of Warchief, it’s where she excelled and what she did best.
Now she’s some cosmic guardian angel trying to free death or some crap I don’t know, they ruined her like they ruin everything in the story.

As a character? Yes, I like her as a character. She’s very interesting and for the most part, she’s well written.
As a person? No, she’s evil and does terrible things.
I like Sylvanas. Not personally, she was always a creepy emo tortured villainess. But she’s great as the creepy emo tortured villainess. She’s the most interesting villain Warcraft has ever had.

I never liked Sylvannas in WOW
The only time I liked her was in Warcraft 3
Dont really get how you can like such a badly written character that not only has shown complete contempt for her fanbase but outright admitted she doesnt care about them at all. And yet these for a lack of word people of low pride and self esteem accept the abuse and relish in it.

Never did. I want her gone from the wow lore, she’s hogged up too much spotlight.
That not the dev way of doing things. History shown that ever expansion since wraith a Horde character is killed off or with a rare exception leaves. The way the recon things, having Night elf finally killing Nathans all points to her being Killed off. Just seem that what current team wants for Horde. Kill off all the old Hordes and replace them with pro alliance or alliance hero/person.
