He has not ended 7 conflicts, by the way.
The Israel/Iran war is a conflict that he helped to start by telling Iran that Israel was looking to de-escalate, while he fed Israel information on which targets to strike. It ended after Iran basically had no more means of fighting back. We also directly bombed several of Iran’s nuclear sites with 15-ton bombs, and missed completely. I guess you could argue that you ‘ended a fight’ if you helped your friend beat some guy unconscious by sucker punching them, but you couldnt claim it was done peacefully. It was also not a situation where Israel was even in the right to begin with.
Thailand and Combodia were actually stopped from fighting by Trump, so props for that. All he did was say “Stop fighting or I’m cutting off trade with you two”, but hey, if it works then it works
The Congo vs Rwanda conflict is ongoing, and all Trump did was say that it should be ended. It has not.
India vs Pakistan, according to both parties, was also just the US acting as a go-between where we facilitated communications. You wouldnt say you ended a fight between two classmates just because you helped them pass the notes back and forth in class that ended with them burying the hatchet, but I guess that sort of thing counts if you’re graded on a curve like Trump.
Ethiopia and Egypt have never been at war, so its not possible for Trump to have ended any conflict between them. Neither were Serbia and Kosovo. You dont get points for ending wars that never started in the first place. You wouldnt say you ended a war between the US and Canada when no one ever fired a shot or even considered doing so.
And then of course, we have Ukraine/Russia and Israel/Gaza.
Trump infamously started his term by inviting Zelenskyy to the White House, blaming him for ‘starting the war’, then announcing a ‘deal’ that was Ukraine more or less surrendering to all of Russia’s demands, without consulting Ukraine on the matter. Predictably, Ukraine refused. Recently, Trump has come to the same realization that we all reached back in 2014, which is that Putin is not even remotely interested in a peaceful outcome and wants to conquer Ukraine entirely. To his credit, Trump has not taken this well, and has increased the number of arms being delivered to Ukraine to prevent this outcome. While it is good that he’s siding with the good guys now, he gets no points for ending a conflict.
And then we have the Israel/Gaza deal. Too soon to say on this one, but earlier today Israel agreed to the peace terms and then immediately started using tanks to fire on Palestinians, so I think this peace deal might go about as well as all of the previous ones.
So out of the 7 conflicts allegedly ended and 8th and 9th on the way, you have… 1. Possibly 2 if the Israel/Gaza one is maintained, and I think we all know better than to be hopeful where that’s concerned.
He was found liable for r*ping a woman and was best friends with one of the country’s most infamous sex traffickers, whose client list he is actively covering up as we speak, most likely because he’s on it.
Have you heard Trump talk? Here’s a sample from earlier this week on the topic of air travel delays:
How coherent! What about when he was asked about nuclear energy a couple years back?
What a great public speaker. Obama-tier, really. Dont even get me started about his n-word rant at the generals at Quantico a little while ago, I might have an aneurysm if I need to read it again.
Ashamed to admit it, but not ashamed to zealously defend one and repeat all of his obvious lies, though. Curious!
