Do you see blizzard fixing wow?

Personally I feel like they’ve gotten to comfortable, they are in a phase where they can release minimum effort and be like should be like “yeah this should be fine”, look at Armor, every set is copies for all classes where they can wear it.

Back in the day their was so much effort put into everything, every class looked different, every class had unique sets, now days we are all carbon copies.

I think WoW will get better, with all the new mmorpgs coming out in the near future, I’m hoping this will reignite the spark Blizzard once had to start really pumping out great unique cosmetics and content!, hopefully we see WoW return to its former glory.

I have hope, be it false hope if anything, I just think we have to weather out Shadowlands and hope next expansion is better and greater then ever!!

As far as “crap” content, 9.1 is looking the same as 9.0, which is worrisome. The game is in desperate need of next-gen innovation.

It’s better than BFA but is that really the standard we’re accepting these days? Bar’s quite low it seems.

Not as long as Ion and Kotick are in charge. Can’t be fixed when the poisons still in the system.

Didnt start to play that expansion until the later patches, so that could be the reason that I found it to be good since the beginning.

If Legion started to be that bad, its a good thing that they reversed it and made it good, which did not happen for BFA and i dont think that they will be able to do that for SL, by the look of current expansion.

In the way the folks on the forum and on YouTube want? No.

In a way that keeps players entertained and keeps bringing in new players? They’re already doing that.

The reality of the situation is that Blizzard could give everything the forum and YouTube crowd want to them and they’d still find something to complain about and demand. That’s how these forums have been since Vanilla shortly after it launched in 2004. It hasn’t changed, it will never change, which is something Blizzard already knows.

Not in a hurry.

They’re banking on their other products.

No, they’ll double down on systems to force most loyal players to grind even more

Fix it as in restore class fantasy, somewhat better story standards, etc? Probably not… we’re stuck with what we have probably…

fixing whats need to be fixed ? maybe.

what people in here ask for(half is nonsense) ? no

That’s the problem instead of pushing out the dungeon and raid content that got them their highest sub count in wrath they waste time on creating systems that make the game feel worse to play

I think they have already neutered it enough

Samtaya has it right, dude

If you think PvP matters to the developers, I have about 15 years of history for you to read up on.

Now, WoW is a progression focused RPG, and PvP has been an extra mode that they had to show off how Over geared your character was.

Wow is almost beyond fixing at this point. They’ve tripled down on systems, flying is still delayed for a year, they still want to drip feed content at the slowest possible pace, they still want you to grind for weeks for scraps (anima).

No it won’t get better.

HA! no.

i wanna say ‘yes, they’re trying to fix WoW’ but i can’t. because they’ve been ignoring us. i honestly can’t remember the last time i ever saw a blue respond on the forums. i can’t remember when i saw one of ion’s interviews and thought ‘oh good, they ARE listening!’ (might’ve been before SL launch, when they were talking about unpruning, but i’m not 100% on that…).

There are about 1738822 views on what would constitute a “fix” and many of them will be in opposition to each other.

I have no idea, be it laziness or the game engine limitations, but I’d love to see more HD Armor and as you say less painted on aswell.

My biggest strife is they make most NPCs have these amazing looks and feel visually unique and amazing, I’ve always said “why can’t I ever look this good!!”.

Hey now a blue posted JUST today telling us how we should buy the $70 deluxe bundle for a 13 year old game.

Oh wait…that’s more proof they don’t care about making a good game, only about profits.

I lost all faith in them doing anything remotely player friendly.

They would need to change their design philosophy before I had any confidence that they could fix WoW.
