At the start of the season, on the Alliance side, there is a gnome who gives a quest for 50 frags, get 1k honor, and some rep, maybe 250. There is also the quest to kill the enemy boss, nets some conquest and som rep and gold. Both of those are closish to the quartemaster. If you keep q’in tho and turning in, you’ll be exalted before next season.
