Honestly, some AI frustrations aside, I like him. He’s a friendly dude who just wants to go on adventures and help out.
He’s ok, but I wish we had a roster of companions to rotate from when one begins to wear out their welcome.
I don’t blame Brann for the dev’s daft decisions. He seems to be an amiable fellow. If he were to be replaced, it would only be with a different poorly tuned character who would become the unfortunate focus of hate.

As a lore character, I enjoy him a lot. As a combat companion, he’s like a little pet that my husband and I take for walkies in delves that occasionally gives us health pots.

Could they maybe give him a real Scottish voice actor so he sounds more William Wallace, and less Yosemite Sam?

All the nerfs they gave him and nobody bothered to reduce his hit box
Idk why he’s even clickable at all, he has a party frame, there’s no reason to ever click on his actual avatar

We’re just friends but I think he wants more. He’s very clingy and just…always there.
I want a tank brann for dps, I don’t want to tank the mobs, just let me stand in the back and shoot.
I’m pretty sure he’s supposed to sound Australian or kiwi.
Even before they buffed his aoe defense, he only died on me once. I just shockwave stunned the mob pack and revived him. I exclusively play T11 so he’s facetanking as much damage as he possibly could be.
He seems like a nice enough bloke, but his opinions on cheese are dubious.
Dwarves have always been based on Scots in this game. Aussies and Kiwis sound absolutely nothing like them.

I don’t know why I’m an Horde player and I have to do a delve with a Dwarf… we should have variety of followers, I would like to bring a Frieren with me.
I would rather have Johnny Awesome with me in order for him to die in my place
Either way, they have an actor from Spain voice acting him lol.
This is not a surprise. The Followers in Follower Dungeons and Brann in Delves are designed to stop and wait if you go AFK which probably includes disconnects. They are suppose to be helping you fight the battle, not fighting it for you.
As it is, all you have to do is keep up and keep moving to keep them going.
At 8+ he can no longer tank very well he kinda dies and then you pop cool downs to get him revived.

I still can’t stand his friggin’ click box. I continually have to make slight movements and hope he doesn’t cling to my butt so I can actually collect/open/interact with objects. He’s almost always blocking the cursor. I could care less about his dialogue or some of his other “annoying” antics, but him crowding ya is so annoying.
Season 2 Brann as a tank is an idiot that stands in virtually everything.
The S2 curios are terrible.
