I follow one guy, and it’s because he does a charity thing for a charity I care about; That guy being Desmephisto.

Product social media is just filled with trolls. If I was a company I would turn off comments to all my social media.

No. I don’t have social media and honestly, the WoW community as a whole is not pleasant to communicate with. Just like, small groups are good.

I don’t have any normal social media accounts as a general rule. I left Reddit when the various hobby and tradeskill subs were getting magical political posts that had 20k upvotes when the usual was in the hundreds, with maybe a thousand for a rare post.
I used to run keys with a community on Twitch, but that was the extent of it all.
I’d love to watch a youtube series from Blizz about the history of various things in WoW including realm histories. I know most of WoW’s realm history isn’t very important but they have access to all the old information, and could put together some comprehensive videos about them.

I follow WoW meme pages on Facebook for the laughs.

Some of the WoW-related discords I’m in have a WowHead channel where updates are monitored and linked.

I usually just check twitter about server maintenance extensions on reset days.

I’m a INJT sigma personality so no.

I tend to get irritated by the mindless drivel. I don’t care about celebrities, sports, what you had for lunch or who is sleeping with who, so I stay away from almost all types of social media. The types of discussions I’m interested in are normally found more on old school forums. But even there over the last 5 years or so I’ve noticed a general trend in mods deleting opinions they don’t like.

I really need to find a different way/place to communicate with people who like to debate a variety of topics.
