Do world bosses and world quest bosses drop anything from their loot tables, or only gear for your specialization?
Specifically in Nazjatar if that makes a difference.
World bosses for legacy content (legion and before) can drop anything on their loot table, BFA (which includes Nazjatar) and shadowlands are using current personal loot style drop tables where the loot is dropped based on your chosen loot specialization.
