I don’t, no.
But I also think something can be necessary, but still bad.
That something can still be the objectively “right” thing to do, but that doesn’t stop it from being “wrong”, if that make sense.
Kinda like those trolley scenarios, or whatever moral philosophical thought experiments the kids are doing these days.
I’m sure the Titans encountered situations where reorigination was the only way to avoid something disastrous.
Even Sargeras, when he split that unborn World Soul in twain, committed that evil act of murder to spare the world the wrath of a Void Titan.
Necessary acts of evil, and all that jazz.
It’s this reason why I consider the Titans nuanced.
And it’s also why I don’t think DF is “demonizing” them.
At least not more than they already were.
To me, it’s consistent.
Titans perceive a greater good, and will do anything to achieve it. Even it that includes planetary genocide or mental conditioning.
I think the only line we’ve seen them draw is killing other World Souls, barring Argus since he was too far gone to be saved.
For a long time I’ve speculated that Yoggy used Spirit to create his Curse of Flesh.
After all, that’s how it happened with Gronn/Ogres/Orcs. The vast amount of Spirit released by the Evergrowth turned them to flesh.
However, WoW also seems to be working with the idea that different Cosmic powers can be used to achieve the same result, with Undead being the main example.
Part of the Lordaeron update informs us that “Necromancy is necromancy, regardless of the magic used to animate the flesh.”
And there are lots of examples in WoW of various Undead animated using different sources of magic.
