Iā€™m so sick of the ā€œnever preorderā€ crowd.

There is nothing wrong with locking in a decision before hand. There is nothing wrong with having something show up in the mail on launch day or predownloaded.

The PROBLEM is people who buy into hype on every little thing no matter how many times they get burned.

A new entry in your favorite franchise? An expansion to an MMO you donā€™t plan to quit? A remake of one of my favorite games? Sure preorder the crap out of that.

Some random thing that had a good trailer at E3? A new entry in a franchise that has been hit or miss in quality? Something from a company you downright donā€™t trust? THEN you wait for the reviews.

And if that thing you DID preorder turned out to be crap, then add the company to the list of ones you donā€™t trust, and stop preordering from them.

Or ya knowā€¦ make decisions based on the information you have and add in new information as it becomes available for future decisionsā€¦ crazy concept I know, but It just might work.

PS: Just because I say ā€œMeat Wagonā€ doesnā€™t mean I am financially irresponsible, as the only debt I have at 31 is my house. Two cars paid off, no student loans, and a son. Iā€™ll spend mah money how I want, thanks! :smiley:

I donā€™t necessarily think pre-orders are in gamers best interests, but itā€™s up to the individual to decide and pre-orders tend to be pretty popular, so Iā€™d imagine a lot of people would preorder it.

I like rts games, so iā€™m extremely likely to buy it, but I usually wait until release (and will this time as well).

Warcraft 3 remastered are you seriously telling me this does not tickle your fancy?.

I preordered the moment i was able to because i want to throw all my support behind it. Plus would looooove to see more remasters. Honestly though i also enjoy BFA and canā€™t wait for classic.

This is why this game is like this anyways.

People forget how bad everything is once they have a mount they like. A day after using it, they hate the game again.

Buyers remorse.
