[H] [Area 52] 10/10N 4/10H Recruiting Players For Progression
Get Better is a newly formed Area 52 guild led by experienced raiders with mythic raiding experience. Raid leader and most of the current roster is currently 10/10N and 4/10H. We plan on clearing AOTC as quickly as we can each tier. If we have the the players and the numbers to do so we would like to go into mythic progression sometime after AOTC.
Raid times
We will be raiding Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday 7:30Pm to 10:30PM server time/EST.
Raid Team Goals
We will be a semi-hardcore raid team so we will joke, BS and have fun but in the end we are here to down bosses and maximize the time we have to play the game. We plan on getting AOTC as quickly as possible for each raid tier while still enjoying the game and not making it feel like a job. We would like to get into mythic progression if we have the players within the guild to do so. We aren’t shooting to be the best of the best guilds we just want to kill all the bosses we can and be as good as our team can be. We also want to recruit players into the guild that want to push mythic+ keys, PvP and just have fun doing anything in WoW. We want to create a group of dedicated people that enjoy playing and raiding together, working through the challenges of progression and who always want to get better.

What You Can Expect When Raiding With US
We are a good group of people that want to joke around and have fun with raiding but also want to kill bosses and put in the effort to keep improving. We will hold individual players accountable if it interferes with progression but instead of benching and raging at a player for mistakes we would prefer a player to take constructive criticism and is willing to ask questions and put in effort to improve. We expect all of our raiders to pull their own weight and put in as much effort as anyone else on the raid team. We are open to new and returning players that may not be at the top of their game yet all we ask is you put in the effort and want to get better. We will help the right players with the right mindset to get better. We will expect all raid members to showup each day on time ready to start pulling at 7:30PM. Obviously real life happens and things come up, all we will ask if you wont be able to make raid a certain night is you let an Officer know or post in our guild discord as soon as you can. We want everyone on the team to have the desire to be the best player they can be so we can have our raid team perform at its top potential. This means we expect everyone to learn their class inside and out and play it well, we expect min-maxing of your character to include correctly gearing, enchanting and bringing any and all consumables to raid to get the most out of your character. We will explain fights and strats but we will still require everyone to do their own research on boss fights and watch videos of the fights beforehand so that way everyone has a basic understanding of the mechanics and aren’t going in blind. We want to create an environment where everyone pushes and helps each other to perform their best and enjoys their time pushing difficult content.

Tanks: Full
Healers: In need of Paladin and Shaman
Melee DPS: Rogue or WW Monk and Ret Pally with holy off spec
Ranged DPS: In need of all classes
Always recruiting casuals, mythic+ players and PvPers.
Our first raid will be on January 6th at 7:30pm EST we will be doing a full normal clear so everyone can get a feel for raiding with each other and help any guildiees they may have chosen to reroll for the guild to gear and get ready to get right into heroics.
