Genocide, mass murder, torture, necromancy, slaughtering the innocent just for fun, and drinking demon blood isn’t offensive.

That’s not completely accurate. There are folks who’ve been given name swaps and they reverted it back to the former name. After this happened several times they were banned for “circumventing the rules”.
I imagine someone who has had too many forced name changes would probably also get a ban. Simple for the fact of “you’re wasting our time and money and refuse to abide by the rules.”
Of course we don’t hear about them because they can no longer post.

Real life religious references. Like the Christian guilds I find blatantly using part of a bible verse for the guild name. Yes, I’ve seen that. It’s even in the TOS that real life religious references won’t be tolerated in naming. Well, it happens all the time. On one role play server I was on, there was even a guy with a ministry degree preaching Christianity in the Cathedral of Light… smh
And as far as kids are concerned, in an old guild I was in the guildmaster’s daughter started playing at 3.
