I had to name change my monk who had a chinese name meaning well hung. So now I just report every close to obscene name out of spite.

I only get triggered when I see intentionally misspelled names because someone wanted a name. Like Nnnighhtkingg on a DK. JFC, bro, just get a different name.

No. But I report them anyway because it takes zero effort and I have nothing better to do while I’m standing in Boralus waiting for a group to form up.

The ones with qt at the end are pretty much the only ones that weird me out. Don’t know why.

A name has to be pretty bad for me to report it. Think i have only reported 1 name ever.

If I see offensive names that our younger audience would find awkward or problematic I absolutely report them.

I wouldn’t say they bother me - but i do tend to avoid interacting with people who name their character after characters in books and movies.
No thanks Legolas with a bunch of alt codes instead of letters, i think ill wait for the next hunter.

When I see a name like that I get the feeling that the person who came up with it isn’t very bright. I know some names are supposed to be funny, but they never are.

Agreed. Some people have fun differently. If it isn’t against the law, then let them have their fun.

I get annoyed when I see alt-code characters but other than that no, why would I let a character name offend me?

I don’t let anyone’s name bother me, even if there are so many alt characters my eyes begin to bleed. I just don’t invite them for anything.

People that get offended too easily always puzzle me. I mean seriously, let other people do their thing.

Don’t like something? Don’t do it! But don’t tell me I can’t wildly wave my arms around for no reason. My arm flailing is none of your business until my fist contacts your nose.

Ironically I knew a guy who had a lore name. However, he had the name BEFORE the character was introduced into the game. No alt codes. I found that amusing.
