I report really offensive names like rape ‘joke’ names or obvious, intentionally racist names.
Otherwise, I may report people for name if they are obnoxious in public chat channels and have a name not conforming to Blizzard’s own rules. If you’re going to be a trade chat troll, you better have an acceptable name.
