Do the various pets that hunters may tame have genders? I just picked up Broken Tooth and want to rename it. I know that pets get the “female undead” appearance when cursed during the “Eye of Paleth” quest, but I don’t know if that’s a generic thing they looked over, or is important. If I could get a blue to respond, great. If not, its okay. I’ll pick something eventually. But, if any of you have any idea, let me know! Thanks!

All hunter pets are body type 2, and if not, they’re body type 1. Hope that helps.

I hope so because I named my Dwarf Hunter boar “Maighstir” so my pet would be Mr Pig and boy would I have egg on my face if it turned out the be female.

My dwarf hunter has a white bear (Bjarn) that I renamed Sugar (Post’s Super Sugar Crisp Cereal cartoon mascot Sugar Bear), so I respect your thought process.
